Mountain Milk Co-op welcomes new members

Mountain Milk Co-op is proud to welcome three new North East Victorian dairy farming families to the co-operative. Narelle and Mark McDonald, and Biddy and George Burrowes both farm at Moyhu in the spectacular King Valley. And Kate and Jon McAlister are in the Yackandandah Valley at Bruarong. 

All families will make a great contribution to the Mountain Milk Co-op journey.

Milk flows commence for Mountain Milk Co-operative

Australia’s newest dairy cooperative, Mountain Milk Co-op, will commence trading Sunday July 1, offering a new start for a group of committed dairy farmers in the Kiewa Valley of north-east Victoria.

The event also heralds the recruitment of a sixth dairy to add to Mountain Milk’s anticipated initial milk pool of 21 million litres.

Mountain Milk forms partnership with Freedom Foods

We are excited to announce that Mountain Milk has confirmed a partnership with Freedom Foods, a leading Australian company in bringing healthy, allergen free food to tables. Mountain Milk will supply 20 million litres of milk per annum to Freedom Food's Shepparton Factory. Both organisations are looking forward to the relationship growing in strength and possibilities.
